Product Description:

This product is a water-based wax slurry dispersion developed for fast drying printing systems, which can significantly improve the surface wear resistance of carriers such as ink and varnish. It has the characteristics of high wear resistance and low odor, and has excellent performance on various printing carriers. This product has excellent alcohol resistance and good compatibility and storage stability when mixed with solvents such as methanol and ethanol in large proportions.

2、 Technical data

3、 Performance characteristics

1. Using hard high-density polyethylene wax as raw material and unique emulsification equipment and process.

2. The slurry has good stability and is easily dispersed.

3. The slurry tends to be alkaline. If used in acidic systems, it is recommended to neutralize the pH value before use.

4. This product focuses on anti-wear performance while also achieving good gloss effect.

5. It can be added in methanol and ethanol solutions. It is recommended to dilute the wax lotion in a ratio of 1:1-1:1.5 with methanol and ethanol. If ethanol is added to the system after dilution, the effect will be better.

4、 Precautions

1. Store in a sealed and cool place at a temperature of 5-30 ℃.

2. The original packaging has a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature. Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it up within a short period of time.

3. To ensure the uniformity of the product, please shake well before use. After storing for a period of time, occasional layering may occur, but it is easy to mix evenly after stirring and does not affect use.
